§ Mr. George Cunninghamasked the Solicitor-General for Scotland on how many occasions prosecutions have been brought in Scotland in respect of the offence of being a suspected person and loitering with intent to commit an arrest-able offence since section 4 of the Vagrancy Act 1824 was extended to Scotland.
§ The Solicitor-General for ScotlandI regret that statistics are not kept in relation to this offence. However, I am able 281W to advise the hon. Member that prosecutions under this section are brought only occasionally.
