§ Mr. Bradfordasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) how many certificates of disrepair have been issued under the provisions of the Rent Order (Northern Ireland) 1978, from its inception until the latest possible date;
(2) how many grants have been paid out in respect of applications made by landlords who have responded to the issuing of certificates of disrepair under the provisions of the Rent Order (Northern Ireland) 1978, from its inception until the end of October.
