§ Mr. Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales, in view of the considerable damage, disturbance and dislocation of traffic caused by heavy lorries in the central portion of Ruthin, Clwyd, whether he will make provision, as a matter of urgency, for all such vehicles to be rerouted around the perimeter of the town and for appropriate direction signs to be erected.
§ Mr. Michael RobertsThe Welsh Office and Clwyd county council are jointly considering what action may be needed. The matter is not solely for my right hon. Friend. I remind my hon. and learned Friend that signs already exist to direct traffic from the town centre.
