Whether butter may be made available under European Community Decisions or Regulations made during the last year, at a reduced price to individuals receiving social assistance.

The Government decided against taking advantage of the Community's 1978 scheme because the administration costs would have been wholly disproportionate to the marginal benefit obtained.
