asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if, pursuant to his letter to the hon. Member for Falmouth and Camborne dated 13 December 1978, he will now request the South-West economic planning council to proceed with a detailed feasibility study on the development of a regional fish processing, handling and marketing complex at Falmouth.

As the hon. Member knows, my Department has already asked the South-West economic planning council to consider whether it would be prepared to take up the question of Falmouth's development where its 1977 report left off. The reply is awaited.
