Friend is continuing to press Commissioner Davignon with the industry's allegations of discriminatory pricing of imports and the need for measures to secure 483W greater market discipline within the Community. My right hon. Friend, the Minister of State stressed our concern on this to the Commissioner when he was in London on 22 March.
