Whether they will define the codes of practice which already exist for the design and construction of tankers for the transport of liquefied gases and which were referred to by Mr. John Dunster, Deputy Director General of the Health and Safety Executive, in a BBC programme "Nationwide" on 14th July 1978 with the words, "There are quite detailed codes, particularly those of the British Standards Institution, things of that sort which determine the design of these tankers".
