asked the Secretary of State for Trade if he will discuss with the Civil Aviation Authority the impediment to the export trade of the high passenger air fares in Europe.

Mr. Clinton Davis:

My Department is in constant touch with the Civil Aviation Authority about fare levels in Europe and ways in which these can be reduced where appropriate.
