§ Dr. SummerskillThe prisoner in question, who is located in the prison hospital, was given a sedative on one occasion when the medical officer considered that his behaviour was so disturbed as to be a danger to himself and to others. There has been consultation between the local authority social services and the prison medical authorities about the preparation of medical reports on the prisoner.
