§ Mr. Charles R. MorrisI understand that the review, which is being conducted by the Comptroller and Auditor General, will be completed within the next few weeks.
Because of the independent status of the Comptroller and Auditor General, this review does not fall within the normal pattern of management reviews which are commissioned by and submitted to Ministers. I understand that the Comptroller and Auditor General intends to report the conclusions of the review to the Committee of Public Accounts.
