§ Mr. MarksSubject to early approval by Parliament of the recommendations in the Third Report from the Select Committee on House of Commons Services, it would be possible to start in the Summer Recess of 1979. Meanwhile, the demonstration on one bay on the east river front —recommended in the Third Report—has been completed and our officials are now engaged in contingent preliminary planning, in consultation with the House authorities.
