§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales if every aspect of safety is considered when land reclamation schemes under the Welsh Development Agency are approved; and, in particular, if he will assure the people of Talysarn in Gwynedd concerning the safety of the reclamation scheme currently being undertaken there.
