Mr. Patrick Jenkin

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) what special arrangements have been made for vaccination against German measles, in the light of the information about a possible epidemic during 1978;

(2) if he will make a statement on the effectiveness of the vaccination programme against German measles.
