§ Mr. Patrick Jenkinasked the Secretary of State for Social Services when he expects to receive the report of Mr. James Speakman on the subject of staffing, pay and conditions of higher management levels in the National Health Service nursing, technical and administrative functions; and when the report will be published.
§ Mr. EnnalsMr. Speakman has been appointed to advise three of the National Health Service Whitley Councils in their reviews of the duties, responsibilities and relationships of senior staff. Publication is primarily a matter for the Whitley Councils and is not likely to arise before the end of the year.
