§ Mr. RowlandsThe Government are concerned that free and fair elections as caled for under Security Council resolution 385 should take place as soon as possible. The South African Government have agreed that the Secretary-General's special representative should visit Namibia to discuss the modalities and to fix a date for elections under United Nations supervision. We are actively seeking the agreement of all concerned to this visit.
