Mr. O'Halloran

asked the Prime Minister what changes have been made in the composition of the United Kingdom delegation to the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe.

I have appointed the hon. Member for Berwick-upon-Tweed (Mr. Beith) as a full member in place of the Lord Beaumont. I have also appointed the Lord McNair as a substitute member.
