§ Mr. David Mitchellasked the Prime Minister (1) whether he will publish a list of candidates drawn up by the United Kingdom for submission to the Council of Ministers for appointment to the Economic and Social Committee of the Common Market, together with a brief digest of their qualifications;
(2) how many of the list of candidates submitted to the Council of Ministers for appointment to the Economic and Social Committee of the Common Market have practical, personal and recent experience of the running of a small business.
