§ Mr. Merlyn ReesThe pay and conditions of service of all grades of the prison officer class, including night patrols, were reviewed as part of the recent negotiations on the pay of non-industrial civil servants, and improved rates are being introduced from 1st April, 1978. There have been no separate discussions on night patrols.
