§ Mr. Russell Johnstonasked the Lord Advocate what reports have been received by the Crown Office concerning the validity of the order under which the one-way traffic system in Inverness was introduced in May 1976; and what action he proposes to recommend.
The Lord AdvocateI asked for and have now received a full report from the procurator fiscal at Inverness. As a result I am reporting to the Secretary of State for Scotland the particulars of persons convicted under the order so that he may consider what further action is appropriate.
