Mr. Leeasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if, in the course of negotiations for the enlargement of the EEC, he will take steps to ensure that Greece, Portugal and Spain enter the Community with an agricultural system based on deficiency payments rather than a system based on the current common agricultural policy régimes.
