§ Mr. Hooleyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether the five Western ambassadors involved in the talks with the South African Government about the illegal occupation of Namibia have made any protest against the massacre of Namibian refugees at Cassinga by South African regular armed forces; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. RowlandsThe five powers all voted for the Security Council resolution passed unanimously on 6th May which condemned the South African raid. The ambassadors in Cape Town of the five Powers have been instructed to protest to the South African Government about this action.
