§ The Prime MinisterSir Derek Rayner, joint managing director of Marks and Spencer, Professor Rodney Crossley, professor of industrial relations at the University of Leeds, Mr. Leif Mills, general secretary of the National Union of Bank Employees, and the noble Lady Baroness Pike have agreed to serve as members of the Pay Research Unit Board, which is to be chaired by my right hon. and noble Friend Lord Shepherd.
