§ 30. Mr. Crouchasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he intends to press in future for meetings of the Council of Ministers to be held partly in public sessions.
§ Mr. JuddThe Government's view that some Council debates should be 601W held in public was stated in my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister's letter to Mr. Hayward of 30th September. We shall continue to seek to persuade other Governments to our view, but any decision has to be taken by the Council as a whole.
§ 32. Mr. Giles Shawasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when he next plans to visit Luxembourg for any official European Economic Community meeting.
