§ Mr. Barry JonesMy right hon. and learned Friend has received seven communications from or on behalf of Welsh county councils since the Wales Bill was published. Two expressed concern about the Bill's implications for local government. One was about simultaneous translation facilities for the Assembly. The remainder sought further explanation of the Bill's provisions.
