§ Mr. Freudasked the Secretary of State for Trade if, in view of the Court of Appeal's decision in the uncontested appeal brought by the Performing Right Society Limited to the effect that, on a technical construction of the relevant provisions of the Companies' Acts, the Performing Right Society Council can continue to deprive the members of the list of the Society's voting members, thereby perpetuating themselves in office, he will seek to amend the laws governing non-share companies.
