§ Mrs. Shirley WilliamsI refer the hon. Member to the reply which I gave to the hon. Member for Braintree (Mr. Newton) on 14th February. I expect to reach conclusions on the Taylor Committee's recommendations when there have been discussions with some of those who have been consulted about the Committee's report.
