asked the Secretary of State for Employment from what date he expects the toxic substances notification scheme to operate.

Replies resulting from public consultation on the discussion document on the above scheme were considered by the Health and Safety Commission's Advisory Committee on Toxic

by the Brixton employment office, where the following numbers were registered as unemployed in 1976, 1977 and 1978.

The table below gives those young people unemployed in the Brixton area in February of each year who were born, or one of whose parents was born, in the following countries:

Substances on 27th February 1978. The committee's recommendations will be submitted to the Commission for its views. It is not yet possible to say when regulations on the scheme will be introduced.
