§ Mr. Rostasked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will publish a table showing (a) the cost of energy consumed by services and buildings within his 90W departmental responsibility, in each of the past five years, (b) the percentage change in energy consumption for each year, using 1973 as base year and (c) an estimate of the cash and percentage of energy saved as a result of conservation measures.
