Member for Brigg and Scunthorpe (Mr. Ellis), Official Report, 12th May 1977, columns 579–80, the provisional figures for staff and administration costs relating to land acquisitions and to the initial setting up of the local authority arrangements for operating the community land scheme in England in 1976–77.
