§ Mr. MulleyThe defence budget for 1979–80 announced in Cmnd. 7049 is (a) 17½ per cent. less than the pre-Defence Review plan for 1979–80 and (b) 4 per cent. less than the figure projected in the Defence Review for that year, at constant prices.
