asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they will now make available the information relating to the consideration of the European Assembly Elections Bill in the House of Commons promised by the noble Lord, the Minister of State at the Home Office, in the Official Report on 8th February.

There were substantial debates on what are now Clauses 1, 2, 3 and 6 of the European Assembly Elections Bill. Clauses 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9 and Schedule 2 were not separately debated. Schedule I was not fully debated.
