§ Mr. LeverAs the hon. Member knows, we have reduced the national insurance contribution of the self-employed. We are examining other possibilities. But many of the measures that have already been taken to assist small firms will, directly and indirectly, be of help to the self-employed; and this will doubtless be the case in respect of future measures.
