§ Mr. Kimballasked the Secretary of State for Transport, in the light of the Lincolnshire County Council's plans for an integrated public transport service in the Market Rasen-Caister area, why the Transport and Road Research Laboratory survey was carried out without the agreement of the county council, envisaged the complete withdrawal of services, and did not take account of the planned reorganisation.
§ Mr. HoramAt the outset, it was understood that the three bus services in question were to be withdrawn but that whatever the changes in services the first step must be to identify the regular users of the services. The county council was told about the survey and the results will be available to the council. I am writing to the hon. Member.
