§ Mr. MaclennanThe matters to which the Price Commission is required to have regard in considering prices of goods 367W and charges for services are set out in Section 2 of the Price Commission Act 1977. There is no provision for automatic adjustment in line with the cost of living index. I am advised that royalties, being neither goods nor services, are outside the scope of the legislation governing prices.
