§ Mr. Merlyn ReesBoth prisoners were in category A when they were temporarily transferred to a prison in Northern Ireland to receive visits in 1974 and they stayed there for 27 days and 23 days respectively. The first prisoner was permanently transferred to Northern Ireland in 1975; the second, who was downgraded to category B in 1976, continues to serve his sentence in England but was recently temporarily transferred for visits again for a period of 29 days.
