§ Mr. TomlinsonEstimated expenditure of aid to Zambia in the financial year 1977–78 was £12 million. The soft loan of £15 million offered to Zambia during President Kaunda's recent visit to London is expected to be spent in 1978–79 and 1979–80. This together with disbursements from previous commitments is likely to result in total expenditure of capital aid and technical co-operation for those two years of about £47 million.
