asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) how many people have been imprisoned in 1978 so far for non-payment of restitution;

(2) how many females have been imprisoned in 1978 for non-payment of restitution;

(3) how many females with children under school age have been imprisoned in 1978 for non-payment of restitution.
