§ Mr. Les HuckfieldNo. The chairman of the Post Office has said there will be no increase in the main posts and telecommunications prices before the end of 1978, so that the cost of telecommunication services will have remained unchanged for over three years since October 1975 and the cost of letter services will have remained unchanged for at least 18 months since June 1977.
