(2) whether the London Post Office tower is a prohibited place under the Official Secrets Act.
§ Mr. Merlyn ReesBy virtue of paragraph 21 of schedule 4 to the Post Office Act 1969, any telegraph, telephone, wireless or signal station or office belonging to, or occupied by, the Post Office is a prohibited place for the purposes of the Official Secrets Act 1911.
