§ Mr. Gryllsasked the Secretary of State for Industry, using the same assumptions as those in the financial and explanatory memorandum of the Shipbuilding Redundancy Payments Bill, namely, an age profile reflecting that of the shipbuilding industry as a whole, what will be the cost per 1,000 redundancies based on current earnings; and what will be the maximum payment possible under the Draft Shipbuilding (Redundancy Payments Scheme) (Great Britain) Order 1978.
