§ Mr. FootIt will be for the House to reach a decision on the terms of any pension scheme for the catering staff of the House. I am grateful to the hon. Member for Fareham (Dr. Bennett) for accepting the chairmanship of a working group which is urgently considering what form such a scheme might take.
