§ Mr. Michael Lathamasked the Secretary of State for Wales (1) whether he has issued any further directions to the Land Authority for Wales, under section 8(3) of the Community Land Act, since 26th January 1977; and, if so, whether lie will give details of them;
(2) whether the Land Authority for Wales has yet implemented the provisions of the Community Land Act 1975 regarding disposal notification areas; and, if so, what information it has provided for him under the terms of paragraph 2(1) of schedule 8 to the Act;
(3) whether he will bring up to date the information regarding circulars, guidance notes, design bulletins or other official communications, including details of any requirements under section 14(9) of the Community Land Act, given by the hon. Member for Rhondda, (Mr. Jones) Official Report, 18th November 1977, c. 395–6, and 6th February 1978, c. 424.
