§ Mr.VarleyI have given my agreement, with the consent of the Treasury, under section 16(4) of the Aircraft and Shipbuilding Industries Act 1977 to a proposal by British Aerospace to pay a dividend of £1.35 million on its public dividend capital in respect of the accounting year ended 31st December 1977.
