§ Mr. Charles R. MorrisI would refer my hon. Friend to the answer I gave my 745W hon. Friend the Member for Ince (Mr. McGuire) on 16th December, which drew attention to the statement made by my hon. and noble Friend the Lord Privy Seal on 29th July 1977 concerning the revised timetable and costs and savings of dispersal. The programme is proceeding in accordance with that timetable, and Departments have well in hand the matters to which my hon. Friend refers. Departments are already in liaison with local authorities. Recruitment locally will take place in advance of dispersal moves and suitable training will be given.
