§ Mr. Harry EwingOne person, believed to have loyalist connections, is at present serving a sentence of imprisonment in Scotland in respect of offences under the Prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Act 1976. He is not in security category "A". Except as provided in the 1976 Act, there is no separate category of terrorist offences and prisoners are not classified by reference to the political or other motivation of offences.
