§ Mr. Kenneth Clarkeasked the Secretary of State for Industry whether agreement has yet been reached on the size and the criteria to be applied to that part of the European Regional Fund which is to be outside the national quota arrangement.
§ Mr. CryerA final decision has not yet been made on the proposal that a non-quota section should be established within the European Regional Development Fund. Discussions on this matter are continuing.
