§ Mr. Grimondasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what is the present position on the proposal to build a harbour for the island of Westray; how much his Department estimates it will cost; and how it will rate for grant aid.
§ Mr. MillanThe Islands Council has recently submitted revised proposals for an improvement scheme estimated to cost £850,000. These proposals are being examined, and my Department will be in touch with the Council about them.
