§ Mr. Formanasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will publish in the Official Report the guidelines and other documents agreed by the Nuclear Suppliers' Group at its most recent meeting.
§ Mr. Luard, pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 17th November 1977 Vol. 939, c. 328], gave the following information:
I have arranged for copies to be placed in the Library of the House. We have now communicated these documents to the Director-General of the International Atomic Energy Agency with the request that they should be circulated to all member Governments. In doing so, we have explained that, when considering the export of nuclear material, equipment or technology, the Government will act in accordance with the principles contained in these documents. We understand that other members of the Nuclear Suppliers Group have taken similar action with the IAEA.
