§ Mr. John Huntasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, in the light of the fact that, on the basis of the standard fee of £45 a day, the total amount of £872.99 paid to Mr. J. W. McDonald in respect of the recent public inquiry into the new byelaws proposed by the London borough of Bromley with regard to the flying of model aircraft in parks, represents less than 20 days' work, whether he will explain how it took from 31st January 1977 until 28th September 1977 for the report of this inquiry to be prepared for submission to the Home Office.
