asked the Secretary of State for Wales what grants will be available for Easter holiday projects in Wales under the urban aid programme.

Mr. John Morris

The following Easter holiday projects have been approved under the urban programme, the Welsh Office grant being in all cases 75 per cent. of the cost:

of the Soviet Foxbat aircraft in relation to that of the Tornado multi-role aircraft;

(2) what information he has on the maximum operational altitude of the Soviet Backfire aircraft in relation to, that of the Tornado multi-role aircraft.
